


For customers of Multifeed JPNAP Tokyo service, we provide central siting, maintenance and management of routers, servers and other equipment in our housing space.
The service includes the provision of housing facilities protected by advanced security measures, the power supply, air conditioning and other facility services for the equipment, and supervision.

- The installation space for the customer system consists of a 19-inch rack. The rack price includes power supply, air conditioning and security management costs.
- Continuous reliable operation of the customer system is assured by the use of emergency backup power system (UPS and local generator) and quake-resistant housing facilities.
- Customer equipment is protected by individual locks on each rack and machine room entry control using ID cards and constant video surveillance.
- Round-the-clock monitoring and maintenance of customer equipment and connections frees customers from most of the burden of system administration.
- On request, we support system and network expansion, from equipment selection and evaluation to connectivity testing.

- Maintenance of housed equipment
- The following services are provided 24 hours a day.
- Operations and maintenance work
INTERNET MULTIFEED performs maintenance and administration of the equipment we provide for this service (rack, communications cable, power supply, air conditioning).
- Hardware fault handling
On instruction from the customer, we perform terminal lamp display status checking and power on/off for the housed equipment.
- Link fault handling
On instruction from the Type I telecommunications carrier and from the customer, we perform lamp display status checking and power on/off for the line termination equipment.
- Notification
We make notification to the registered contact point (E-mail or FAX) in the case of power supply or air conditioning failure affecting the housed equipment, both when a problem occurs and after recovery.
