INTERNET MULTIFEED CO. Announces
the Participation with
Euro-IX as its 1st Associate Member
TOKYO, JAPAN -- INTERNET MULTIFEED CO. (MFEED; Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo;
President and CEO: Koichi Suzuki), today announced that it had been approved to become
the first-ever Associate member of Euro-IX (European Internet Exchange Association).
MFEED, through this participation and the cooperation with Euro-IX, makes its continuous
efforts to improve technological capabilities and quality of services of JPNAP and JPNAP
Osaka, Internet Exchange Point services provided by MFEED.

Euro-IX (European Internet Exchange Association) was formed in May 2001 with the
intention to further develop, strengthen and improve the Internet Exchange Point (IXP)
community.
A number of Internet Exchange Points recognized a need to combine their resources so as
to co-ordinate technical standards across the continent, develop common procedures, and
share and publish statistics and other information. This publishing of information would in
turn give all interested parties a better insight into the world of IXPs.
